Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in marketing analytics or related field.
• Experience leading analytics for complex client engagements.
• Strong knowledge of KPI development and measurement planning.
• Excellent client leadership and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics strategy across client engagements and translate objectives into KPI frameworks.
• Guide performance analysis, testing, segmentation, and forecasting.
• Define data tagging, instrumentation, reporting, and dashboard requirements.
• Turn complex findings into concise, executive-ready insights and recommendations.
• Advise senior stakeholders on performance, risks, and opportunities with data-driven plans.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Client Services, Strategy, Media, and Technology.
• Coach analytics professionals and promote high-quality work.
• Identify opportunities for data and AI to create client value and governance.
• Promote responsible AI use with data protection considerations.
