Cribl is a remote-first B2B SaaS data observability company helping enterprises manage and analyze telemetry. The Analytics Business Partner role sits at the intersection of data and business, driving solutions for non-routine events, integrating acquired entities, and aligning product launches with reporting frameworks.

You will work across GTM, Finance, Product and IT, building order from ambiguity while ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, in-house strategy, business operations, or business analytics.
• Fluency across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions.
• Ability to join multiple tables, write a CTE, and get the aggregation grain right.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and drive the solution for non-routine events that don’t fit current tracking/reporting.
• M&A integration: align acquired products/customers with existing data models and reporting.
• New product launch: align product success metrics with data tracking.
• Keep execution moving across Data & Analytics: sequence, handoffs, gaps, and pace.
• Stand up the Business Intelligence Council to align on measures and hierarchy definitions.
• Know the business: understand how GTM, Finance, Product interact and engage the right people.
