Job summary

TriSearch seeks a Solutions Sales Specialist AMERICAS who thrives on travel and turning complex analytical tech into clear, practical solutions. You will partner with OEMs, VARs and end-users to shape automated sample preparation workflows for LC-MS and GC-MS analyses.

This role emphasizes hands-on workflow development, customer training, and technical selling, with collaboration across the AMERICAS and coordination with our Swiss headquarters.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry or Engineering or related field preferred.
• Extensive hands-on experience with the CTC PAL instrument and workflows.
• 5+ years developing and implementing LC-MS and GC-MS methods, and related markets.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and database management.
• Strong organizational and technical skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Collaborative mindset and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and validate automated sample prep methods for LC-MS and GC-MS analyses.
• Provide support at tradeshows, posters, seminars, and customer meetings.
• Assist Key Account team AMERICAS for new customer projects, proof of concept, and technical selling.
• Report regularly within Sales and Product Management teams using Salesforce.
• Conduct market analysis of AMERICAS market and provide feedback to Headquarters.
• Train and support OEM customers.
• Coordinate with product management and Swiss headquarters.
• Create application notes and coordinate external partner development.
• Verify and document scripts to control PAL Systems.
• Support Product Management tests under lab conditions.
• Create technical documents for OEM partners.
