Job summary

Overture Partners is seeking a hands-on Life Sciences Service Engineer focused on analytical instrumentation in the Boston area. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair chromatography and mass spectrometry systems, ensuring optimal performance and uptime for customers.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, calibration, and repairs on HPLC/UPLC and LC-MS systems, installing configurations, and keeping accurate service records while communicating effectively with clients about

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience servicing analytical laboratory equipment.
Experience maintaining and troubleshooting HPLC/UPLC systems and single quadrupole mass spectrometers.
Familiarity with LC-MS instrumentation and preventive maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and repairs on HPLC/UPLC and LC-MS systems.
Service analytical instrumentation from multiple manufacturers.
Install, configure, and optimize laboratory equipment and associated software.
Diagnose equipment failures and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate service records and communicate with customers regarding equipment performance.
