Job summary

Overture Partners is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead a team responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, calibrating, and repairing laboratory instrumentation. The role combines technical expertise with strong team leadership and service operations oversight.

You will supervise engineers, coordinate maintenance, and support instruments including HPLC, LC-MS/MS, and GC-MS while ensuring compliance with safety and GxP standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience servicing laboratory or analytical instrumentation.
• Hands-on experience with HPLC and mass spectrometry systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
• Experience in regulated laboratory environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise engineers and coordinate equipment maintenance and service activities.
• Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation.
• Support chromatography and mass spectrometry systems (HPLC, LC-MS/MS, GC-MS).
• Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and service documentation.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards and GxP procedures.
