Job summary

Spencer Stuart is seeking an Analyst for the Supply Chain and Operations Practice, ideally located in Chicago, Washington D.C., or New York City. You will support research, talent mapping, and client-ready documents, working closely with consultants and senior staff to advance searches and deliver insights.

Successful candidates will develop industry expertise, contribute to business development, and potentially transition to Consultant roles.

Qualifications

• Recent university graduate with a four-year bachelor's degree; Spring 2027 graduates not eligible.
• Strong academic performance (3.4+ GPA) in any field.
• Leadership and involvement in internships, work, or student orgs.
• Advanced research, analysis, and synthesis skills; ability to draw insights from incomplete data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of client industries and produce client-ready documents.
• Stay updated on client news and market opportunities; share insights with the team.
• Assist in industry talent mapping and identify high-potential executives and movements.
• Support kick-off meetings and help form search strategies and target lists.
• Develop industry/functional expertise and stay informed about trends and leaders.
