Job summary
Spencer Stuart seeks an Analyst for the Supply Chain and Operations Practice, ideally based in Chicago, Washington D.C., or New York City. Analysts support the assignment strategy by conducting research, producing talent mappings, target company lists, and pitch decks for client engagements.
They work closely with Associates, Senior Associates, and Consultants to develop insights, track industry trends, and contribute to client-ready documents that propel business development while building
Qualifications
- Strong research, analysis, and synthesis skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Self-directed, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of client industries and synthesize findings for client-ready documents.
- Research and track executives, industries, and market movements using internal and external databases.
- Assist in developing search strategies and target lists for engagements.
- Support business development initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay informed on client news and market opportunities to inform project work.
