Spencer Stuart seeks an Analyst for the Supply Chain and Operations Officer Practice. The role can be based in Chicago, Washington D.C., or New York City, supporting assignment strategy with research and client-ready deliverables.

Analysts work with Associates and Consultants to build talent mappings, target lists, and pitch decks, cultivating industry knowledge and leadership potential within a fast-paced executive-search environment.

Qualifications

• Recent or soon-to-be bachelor’s degree; Fall 2026 graduates welcome; Spring 2027 not eligible.
• GPA 3.4+ in any field.
• Leadership demonstrated through internships, work, service, athletics, or student organizations.
• Advanced research, analysis, and synthesis skills; ability to derive insights from incomplete information.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-directed, proactive; able to manage competing priorities and raise concerns early.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Permanent work authorization for the country where you are applying.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of client industries, landscape, and talent pools for client-ready materials.
• Stay informed on client engagements and market opportunities; share relevant information with team.
• Assist in industry talent mapping and track executive movements using internal/external data.
• Support in kick-off meetings, help develop search strategies and target lists.
• Develop industry/functional expertise by staying informed of trends and leaders.
