Job summary

Spencer Stuart is seeking an Analyst for the Supply Chain and Operations Officer Practice. The role supports executive search teams with research, talent mappings, target lists, and pitch decks, contributing to assignment strategies.

Based in Chicago, Washington, D.C., or NYC, the analyst collaborates with associates, consultants, and administrators to deliver client-ready insights. Successful candidates are recent or soon-to-be four-year graduates with a strong academic record and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; Spring 2027 graduates not eligible
• GPA 3.4+ across any discipline
• Demonstrated leadership through internships, work, or student organizations
• Advanced research, analysis, and synthesis skills with ability to draw insights from incomplete data
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-directed, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Permanent work authorization for the United States

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of client industries to inform client-ready documents
• Stay updated on client engagements and market opportunities and share findings with the team
• Assist in industry talent mapping and identify high-potential executives using internal/external databases
• Participate in kick-off meetings to help shape search strategy and assist with task execution
• Develop industry/functional expertise by staying informed on trends and leaders
