Note: This position will be required to sit in the Central/Eastern region and work in the Eastern Time Zone. Travel to Cleveland for leadership meetings will be necessary.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Commercial Bank Performance Management team. This individual will analyze performance trends, anticipate outcomes, and provide insights to support growth and profitability across the Commercial Bank. Responsibilities include monthly performance, pipeline, and scorecard reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide actionable insights to address performance gaps and identify opportunities for business growth.
2. Complete monthly performance and pipeline reports for the Commercial Bank.
3. Assist in setting performance goals aligned with financial and strategic objectives.
4. Monitor sales results, analyze trends, and suggest improvements.
5. Conduct revenue and profitability analytics, present findings and recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Sciences, Mathematics, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in strategic, financial, or business analysis roles, or in a Finance or Commercial rotational program.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex data.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Experience in banking or financial services, familiarity with Commercial banking products preferred.

Work Environment:

This role may be mobile or home-based, supporting our Mobile by Design approach, allowing flexible work arrangements either from a home office or Key facility.

Compensation and Benefits:
