Location: 127 Public Square - Cleveland, Ohio 44114

Note: This position will be required to sit in the Central/Eastern region and work in the Eastern Time Zone. Travel to Cleveland for leadership meetings is expected.

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical individual to join our Commercial Bank Performance Management team. This role involves understanding performance trends, anticipating outcomes, and providing actionable insights to maximize growth and profitability across the Commercial Bank. Strong partnering skills and effective communication are essential. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to provide solutions and analysis with limited direction at times.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to the commercial leadership team, providing insights to address performance gaps, capitalize on opportunities, and achieve business growth plans.
• Set segment, team, and individual performance goals aligned with financial objectives and strategic priorities.
• Monitor sales results, understand trends and drivers, and provide insights to improve productivity.
• Conduct revenue and profitability analytics to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze internal and external data, lead project work related to commercial banking performance.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Sciences, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3+ years in strategic, financial, or business analysis roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred qualifications:

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Experience in banking or financial services, with familiarity with Commercial banking products preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.

Compensation and Benefits:
