Location: 127 Public Square - Cleveland, Ohio 44114

Note: This position will be required to sit in the Central/Eastern region and work in the Eastern Time Zone. It may be mobile or home-based, requiring travel to Cleveland for leadership meetings.

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Commercial Bank Performance Management team. This individual will work with the team to understand performance trends, anticipate outcomes, and provide actionable insights to maximize growth and profitability across the Commercial Bank. The role involves participating in the performance management process through monthly performance, pipeline, and scorecard reporting & analysis.

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide actionable insights to address performance gaps, capitalize on opportunities, and support business growth plans.
2. Complete monthly performance and pipeline reporting for the Commercial bank.
3. Assist in setting segment, team, and individual performance goals aligned with financial objectives and strategic priorities.
4. Monitor sales results against goals, analyze trends, and recommend improvements.
5. Conduct revenue and profitability analytics, identify trends, and present findings and recommendations.

Required qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Sciences, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in strategic, financial, or business analysis roles, or prior experience in a Finance or Commercial rotational development program.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred qualifications:

• Excellent analytical skills, with ability to leverage complex or incomplete data.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Experience with banking or financial services, familiarity with Commercial banking products preferred.
