Note: This position will be required to sit in the Central/Eastern region and work in the Eastern Time Zone. Travel to Cleveland for leadership meetings will be necessary.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Commercial Bank Performance Management team. The individual will analyze performance trends, forecast outcomes, and provide insights to enhance growth and profitability across the Commercial Bank. Responsibilities include monthly performance, pipeline, and scorecard reporting & analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Performance Management team to identify performance gaps, opportunities, and strategies for business growth.
2. Prepare monthly performance and pipeline reports for the Commercial Bank.
3. Assist in setting performance goals aligned with financial and strategic objectives.
4. Monitor sales results, analyze trends, and suggest improvements.
5. Conduct revenue and profitability analytics, present findings, and recommend actions.

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Sciences, Mathematics, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in strategic, financial, or business analysis roles, or relevant rotational program experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data.
• Knowledge of SQL and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Experience in banking or financial services, familiarity with Commercial banking products preferred.

Work Environment:

Compensation & Benefits:
