Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a proactive Market Strategy & Analyst Influence Specialist to join the product management team, focusing on the SASE and SSE lines. You will manage interactions with influential industry analysts and drive market intelligence initiatives to reflect our innovations.

You will partner with product teams to run submissions, plan analyst briefings, and execute campaigns that boost our leadership. Travel to events and corporate HQ may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analyst engagement, technical marketing, product marketing, or communications within Cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Foundational understanding of network security, SASE and SSE architectures, with ability to explain business value.
• Proven track record managing multi-step deliverables and RFIs (Gartner MQs, Forrester Waves).
• Exceptional organizational skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to draft executive notes and updates.

Responsibilities

• Evaluative Research Management: manage end-to-end submissions for major evaluative reports (Gartner MQs, Forrester Waves, IDC MarketScapes) for SASE and SSE portfolios.
• Analyst Engagement & Influence: manage analyst interaction calendars, briefings, inquiries, notes, and identify opportunities to influence analysts.
• Peer Insights Campaigns: drive Gartner Peer Insights campaigns to boost rankings and capture customer advocacy.
• Metrics & Reporting: track coverage, PAN mentions, interaction data, and content reprints; synthesize insights for reviews.
• Internal Enablement: upskill staff on analyst influence best practices for inquiries and briefings.
• Market Strategy Operations & Event Support: plan internal/external analyst events, briefing books, surveys, and campaigns.
• Tool & Portal Management: maintain internal tools and ensure profiles and campaigns are updated with accurate info.
