Hyundai MOBIS Parts America is seeking an Analyst II, Strategy & Planning at our Headquarters facility. The role blends data analytics with strategic planning to forecast data, support executive decisions, and drive KPI reporting across departments.

The analyst will develop daily dashboards, assist in long-term capacity planning, and automate data processes for accuracy and efficiency. Requires 2–4 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in strategy & planning or analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, or related field.
• Experience in automotive aftersales or market research is a plus.

Responsibilities

JOBPURPOSE

The Strategy & Planning analyst is a hybrid of traditional jobs in data analytics and strategic planning.Strategy and Planning analyst provides data implications ofanalyses andservesasasubjectmatter expert toensureunderstanding of findings for the executive management. As a member of the team, The Analyst willberesponsible forforecasting data, play critical roleindeep-dive analysis for sales results, working cross-functionallytosupport critical decisions.Supporting long-term capacity planning andproviding guidance toleadership for critical business decisions. Performs data analysis related toDaily, Monthly, Quarterly, YTD.Automate operational modelsio t o improve accuracy and efficiency of data.Must have a general understanding of entire MPA operations, KPls, executive's directions, andlong-term vision.

KEYACCOUNTABILITIES

• Reporting:GenerateanddesigndailyKPlsfordailyMorningReports (PDCDashboard,KPISupplyReport,etc..)
• Develop andissuereportsonmonthly basisrelatedtosales, campaigns, quality sales, accessories sales, andPL2bysource
• AnnualBusiness Plan:Work closely withtheS&Pmanager tocreate short andlongtermplan, assist inresearching, industry analysis, statistics, trends, data and forecasts, and market opportunities
• Dataautomation:Assistinautomatingdataquerying tooptimize processesforefficiency
• Researching:Conducts decision-makingresearchbasedonmanagement'srequest
• Coordination:communicatewithalldepartments toextractdatafromdifferentdepartments
• CommunicatewithHQforreporting ontheprogress (asnecessary)

• PerformRisk-Based Validation troubleshooting,maintaining/upholdingdataintegrity ofMPA databasetokeepthe business running smoothly
• QueryKPl'sonweekly/monthlybasistotracktheoverviewofthecompany'sperformance
• Collectandanalyzequalitativedatatoissuethedailymorningreportsandmonthlyreports
• Createcampaignsthrough analysisofinternal businessdrivers
• Workclosely with S&Pmanagements toconductresearches forthebusiness planorondemand request fromtheexecutives
• SupportprovidingreportstoMHQandrespond toMHQrequestsintimelymanner
• Track PDC activitiesandKPlsandcreated dailydashboard.
• Datagathering,researching trends,projectimplementationbasedonMHQrequest
• Responsibleforsupportinganarrayofactivitiesthatadvancethestrategicvision
• Performs variousotherdutiessuchasdashboard development, data,activityreporting, researching trends,andother ad hoc requests.Develops and maintains business data for projects, tools & templates.

WORKSCHEDULE/TRAVEL

• Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Minimal overnighttravel (up to 10%) by land and/or air.

Required Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-4years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business,Economics,Statisticsorotherrelatedsubjects
• Relevantworkexperience inconsultingcompanies, marketresearchinstitutes, orAutomotive Aftersales industry at OEM (original equipment manufacturer) and /or1AM (Independent Aftermarket)
