Job summary

United Parks & Resorts, a world-renowned themed-park and entertainment company, is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and deliver Ambassador training, safety content, and station-specific programs park-wide. You will coach teams, maintain training records, and uphold guest service standards.

The role requires clear communication, comfort speaking to groups, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. A High School Diploma is required; PowerPoint and MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to speak to groups and deliver training.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and standard software tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training for Ambassadors including facility tours, safety training, and station training.
• Provide ongoing coaching and retraining to Ambassadors and support teams.
• Coordinate with supervisors on progress and training needs.
• Maintain training materials and paperwork for records.
• Assist other facilities as needed and ensure high quality and cleanliness.
