Job summary

Round One Entertainment in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking an Amusement Supervisor to support the Amusement Manager and General Manager in supervising the Amusement Department and delivering excellent customer service in a lively bowling/arcade setting.

The role requires 21+ to serve alcohol, open availability 10 am–2 am daily, and 2–3 years of retail management experience with an Associate degree. Compensation ranges and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and 2-3 years retail management experience, preferably in the entertainment, retail or hospitality industries but not required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve departmental sales goals through the efficient execution of Company policies.
• Provide personal sales support and troubleshoot amusement department operations.
• Conduct tills checks, refunds, credit and ticket adjustments as per policy.
• Assist in planning schedules and monitor inventory levels.
• Supervise employees to ensure adherence to procedures and safety practices.
• Attend department and store meetings as assigned.
