Qualifications

• 2-3 years retail management experience preferred in entertainment/hospitality.
• Strong customer service and people skills.
• Ability to lead and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction by staying visible and accessible.
• Assist in scheduling and supervision of arcade department staff; ensure training and compliance.
• Help achieve departmental sales goals and provide on-floor sales support.
