Job summary

Round One Entertainment in Edison, NJ, seeks a Supervisor to help lead the Amusement Department at Menlo Park Mall. You’ll supervise staff, deliver excellent customer service, and support the Amusement Manager in achieving sales goals and enforcing company policies. You will monitor payouts, conduct tills checks, manage opening/closing procedures, prepare reports, assist with schedules, and train staff.

You must be 21+ to serve alcohol. Hours are 10:00 AM to 2:00 AM daily.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and 2-3 years retail management experience preferred in entertainment, retail or hospitality.
• Experience in a bowling/arcade environment is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve departmental sales goals through policy execution.
• Provide personal sales support and troubleshoot amusement operations.
• Control payout ratios and monitor customers during payouts.
• Conduct tills checks, refunds, credit and ticket adjustments per policy.
• Perform opening and closing department procedures.
• Prepare reports for AM Manager and corporate office.
• Assist with employee scheduling and assignments.
• Monitor store inventory and ensure product availability.
• Ensure compliance with security, sales and safety procedures.
• Train amusement employees and cross-train other departments.
• Attend department and store meetings.
