Dave & Buster’s Inc. is seeking a skilled Amusement Manager in Michigan to lead a team of Game Technicians and ensure all arcade and VR games are maintained at peak playability. You will hire, train, and develop staff while delivering an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

• 21+ years of age
• 3+ years of relevant experience diagnosing and fixing arcade games and technical equipment
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• Able to work in a fast-paced, loud environment with distractions
• Effective written and oral communication about all responsibilities
• Strong business acumen and ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Be the head coach of a team of Technicians, handling hiring, training and development
• Maintain and repair arcade and VR games to ensure 100% playability
• Create a safe, sanitary environment for guests and staff
• Perform daily store maintenance as directed
• Lead preventative maintenance programs and daily monitoring of game performance
