Job summary

Dave & Buster’s in New Orleans is seeking an Amusement Manager to lead a team of Game Technicians, keep arcade and VR games in ideal condition, and deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced restaurant/entertainment setting.

You will hire, train, develop, and retain tech staff, maintain equipment, adhere to maintenance programs, and strive for 100% game playability while supporting a growth-driven, fun workplace across Dave & Buster’s and Main Event brands.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age
• 3+ years of relevant experience diagnosing and fixing arcade games and technical equipment
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• Able to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
• Strong communication, both oral and written, regarding all job responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Head coach of a talented group of Techs, responsible for hiring, training, developing, and retaining the best team
• Create a well-maintained, safe, secure, and sanitary environment for all guests and staff
• Keep arcade equipment maintained and in proper working order
• Adhere to preventative maintenance programs and monitor daily store maintenance
• Strive for 100% game playability and repair games on the fly
