Dave & Buster's is seeking an Amusement Manager to lead our Game Technicians, diagnose and repair arcade and VR equipment, and keep games in ideal playing condition while delivering outstanding guest service.

You will hire, train, and develop the tech team, maintain safe environments, and drive a culture of fun, speed, and reliability in a fast-paced restaurant/entertainment setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience diagnosing and fixing arcade games and technical equipment.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distractions.

Responsibilities

• You are the head coach of Techs, responsible for hiring, training, developing and retaining the best team.
• Create a well-maintained, safe, secure, and sanitary environment for guests and staff.
• Keep arcade equipment maintained and in proper working order.
• Adhere to all preventative maintenance programs.
• Monitor and perform daily store maintenance as instructed.
• Strive for 100% game playability and repair games on the fly.

Job Description: THE AMUSEMENT MANAGER: a technical expert who keeps our games in “ideal playing conditions.” Providing leadership to our Game Technicians while positively impacting the business and providing excellent guest service.

What we are looking for! You love working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted Restaurant/Entertainment scene Able to diagnose and repair the operations of amusement arcade games and virtual reality games You have a friendly, engaging management style that our guests and employees would enjoy You can handle 100K days while walking five miles a shift & working an average of 50-hour work weeks You can communicate with the team members and guests in a way that inspires FUN! You thrive on instant satisfaction! There's nothing better than improving someone's experience or encouraging your team to elevate their performance.

Requirements:

• 21+ years of age
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar environment diagnosing and fixing arcade games and technical equipment
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, regarding all job responsibilities
• Strong business acumen
• The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
