Gilbane Building Company seeks a Senior Marketing Specialist for the AMS&T vertical to lead complex marketing deliverables and strategic campaigns. This role collaborates with BD, operations, and leadership to craft compelling content and campaigns that advance Gilbane’s market position.

You will mentor junior staff, manage digital assets, and stay ahead of marcom trends in technology markets while supporting national opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant marketing experience in the AEC industry.
• Knowledge of AMS&T markets including advanced technology, data centers, life sciences, pharma, biotech, and related facilities.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of client qualifications, proposals, and presentations with a focus on quality and deadlines.
• Craft compelling stories about clients, projects, people, and Gilbane differentiators.
• Ensure external content aligns with Gilbane's brand and messaging guidelines.
• Develop AMS&T marketing efforts including conferences, tradeshows, and materials.
• Lead internal/external communications: newsletters, press releases, social posts, and digital content.
• Oversee digital assets, data integrity, and guidance for junior staff.
