Job summary

Gilbane Building in the United States is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to lead the AMS&T vertical, independently delivering complex sales, marketing, and communications deliverables and guiding strategic pursuits and campaigns.

You will collaborate with business development, operations, and AMS&T leadership to craft compelling client content, manage campaigns, and mentor junior staff, while promoting Gilbane’s capabilities across projects and markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing required.
• 7+ years of marketing experience in AMS&T or AEC sectors.
• Experience developing complex sales, marketing, and communications deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation of client qualifications, proposals, and presentations.
• Develop AMS&T marketing content including conferences and trade shows.
• Oversee content development with BD, operations, and AMS&T leadership.
• Manage external content and ensure brand alignment.
• Lead internal and external communications, newsletters, and social media.
• Mentor junior staff and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
