Job summary

Gilbane Building Company is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to lead AMS&T marketing across our Advanced Manufacturing, Science & Technology vertical. You will develop complex sales, marketing, and communications deliverables and drive strategic pursuits and campaigns.

You will work from any U.S. office location, collaborating with BD, operations, and leadership to tell compelling client stories, manage content, and mentor junior staff while staying aligned with Gilbane's brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years relevant experience in marketing/AEC industry.
• Experience with AMS&T markets including data centers, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotech, and related facilities.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead development and production of client qualifications, proposals, and presentations with focus on quality and deadlines.
• Manage content development and pursuit process with BD, operations, and AMS&T leadership.
• Craft compelling stories about clients, projects, people, and Gilbane differentiators.
