Job summary

Gilbane Building Company is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist for AMS&T to lead complex marketing and communications deliverables, pursue strategic opportunities, and drive campaigns across the vertical. You will guide content strategy, coordinate with BD, operations, and leadership, and ensure brand-aligned messaging that resonates with clients in data centers, life sciences, and other facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of marketing experience in the AEC/AMS&T sectors.
• Experience with AMS&T markets including data centers, life sciences, and facilities.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and production of qualifications, proposals, and presentations with focus on quality and deadlines.
• Craft compelling content about clients, projects, people, and differentiators.
• Ensure external content aligns with Gilbane’s brand standards and guidelines.
• Develop AMS&T marketing, including conferences, tradeshows, and collateral.
• Lead internal/external communications: newsletters, press releases, website content, social posts.
