Job summary

Gilbane Building Company is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist for the AMS&T vertical. The role leads complex sales, marketing, and communications deliverables and guides strategic pursuits and campaigns.

You will develop client-focused content, manage digital assets, and mentor junior staff while collaborating across BD, operations, and leadership. The position offers national scope with flexibility to work from any U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years of marketing experience in the AEC industry.
• Knowledge of AMS&T markets including data centers, life sciences, and related facilities.
• Equivalent mix of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead development of client qualifications, proposals, and presentations with focus on quality and deadlines.
• Craft compelling story content about clients, projects, people, and Gilbane differentiators.
• Lead AMS&T marketing including conferences, tradeshows, and collateral.
• Develop internal and external communications: newsletters, press releases, website content, social posts.
• Oversee digital asset organization and asset maintenance; guide entry-level staff.
• Mentor and train junior staff; manage multiple deliverables concurrently.
• Visit jobsites to capture content and interview project teams for future use.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality external content.
