Job summary

Gilbane Building Company is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist for the AMS&T vertical. This role leads complex, technical sales and marketing deliverables and drives strategic campaigns, reporting to AMS&T leadership. The position can be performed from any US location where Gilbane has an office.

You will develop content, manage external communications, and mentor junior staff while partnering with business development, operations, and leadership to advance priority projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years marketing experience in the AEC industry.
• AMS&T market knowledge across data centers, life sciences, biotech, pharma, and related facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and production of client qualifications, proposals, and presentations with focus on quality and deadlines.
• Coordinate content development with BD, ops and AMS&T leadership to support campaigns.
• Develop AMS&T marketing including conferences, tradeshows, and collateral; support projects.
• Lead internal/external communications, newsletters, press releases, and digital content.
• Oversee digital assets organization and data integrity; mentor junior staff.
