Gilbane Building is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to lead AMS&T marketing initiatives across complex campaigns and proposals. The role involves independent content creation, strategic pursuit leadership, and collaboration with BD, operations, and AMS&T leadership.

You will shape internal and external communications, manage content, and guide junior staff while aligning with Gilbane’s brand standards and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years relevant experience in marketing and/or AEC industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge of AMS&T markets (advanced tech, data centers, life sciences, pharma, biotech, semiconductor, and F&B facilities).
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and production of client qualifications, proposals, and presentations with emphasis on quality and deadlines.
• Manage content development and pursuit processes with BD, operations and AMS&T leadership.
• Craft compelling client stories and differentiate deliverables for client needs.
