Gilbane Building Company seeks a Senior Marketing Specialist to lead AMS&T marketing and strategic pursuits. You will drive client qualifications, proposals, and campaigns, crafting differentiated stories about clients, projects, and Gilbane capabilities.

You will manage content with BD and operations, ensure brand consistency, and mentor junior staff while expanding our presence through conferences, collateral, and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 7+ years relevant experience in marketing and/or AEC industry
• Demonstrated knowledge of AMS&T markets incl. advanced technology, data centers, life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, semiconductor, and food & beverage facilities
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsabilités

• Independently lead development and production of client qualifications, proposals, and presentations with a focus on quality, creativity, and deadlines
• Manage content development with BD, operations and AMS&T leadership
• Craft compelling story content about clients, projects, people, and Gilbane differentiators
• Ensure external content aligns with Gilbane’s brand standards and messaging
• Participate in presell meetings and strategic brainstorms
• Develop AMS&T marketing including conferences, tradeshows, speaking submissions, collateral, and strategic project support
• Lead development of internal and external communications (newsletters, press releases, social posts)
• Oversee organization and maintenance of digital assets and data integrity
• Conduct research on AMS&T clients and trends; share insights with BD and leadership
• Lead close-out process of sales and marketing deliverables
• Develop deep knowledge of AEC, AMS&T verticals, and Gilbane capabilities
• Build and maintain a robust operational network to enable storytelling
• Visit job sites to capture content and enable future content opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content
• Mentor and train junior staff
• Independently lead multiple deliverables and multi-task
• Engage in AMS&T organizations and leadership opportunities
• Stay current with marketing technology trends
