Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Sales Compensation Administration Manager to lead the AMS regional team and own the monthly compensation cycle for thousands of sellers. You will drive standardization, platform adoption, and AI-enabled transformation in a high‑volume environment.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on SPM platform experience (Forma.ai, Varicent, Xactly, SAP Callidus) and strong leadership ability to develop top performers across a global, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IS, or related field.
• 7-10 years in Sales Compensation Admin or Revenue Ops.
• 2-3 years in people management or team lead capacity.
• Hands-on with enterprise SPM platforms for administration and cycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Compensation Analysts across the AMS region.
• Own the monthly AMS calculation cycle end to end, from data readiness through payment release.
• Set performance expectations and build development plans for team growth.
• Serve as primary escalation point for compensation issues and cross‑functional conflicts.
• Oversee plan rollouts and mid-cycle updates across AMS.
• Ensure accurate and timely incentive calculations in the SPM platform.
• Drive automation, data quality and AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
