Job summary
CHS Career Site is seeking an AMR Coordinator to educate, develop, and optimize the Ambulatory Medical Record system across clinical settings. You will collaborate with leadership, clinicians, and staff to drive performance and quality initiatives, and onboard new staff for AMR competency.
You will conduct ongoing training, monitor usage, and manage access permissions to ensure compliance and efficient documentation practices.
Qualifications
- AMR/EHR familiarity and clinical workflow understanding.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training for diverse audiences.
- Proven analytical skills to assess utilization data and drive improvements.
Responsibilities
- Provide AMR training, education, and workflow optimization for staff.
- Assess new physician practices and clinics before AMR implementation.
- Monitor AMR utilization and develop action plans with leadership.
- Onboard new staff and providers with go-live and post-go-live support.
- Deliver ongoing training via classroom, remote, and hands-on formats.
- Manage AMR user access and ensure security and role-based permissions.
- Support patient portal enrollment initiatives and front desk training.
- Review AMR utilization data and coordinate optimization visits.
- Perform other duties, maintain attendance, and comply with policies.
