Job summary

Western Arizona Regional Medical Center Physicians' Group seeks an AMR Coordinator to educate, develop, and optimize the Ambulatory Medical Record system across clinical settings. You will partner with leadership and staff to drive performance, support quality initiatives, and ensure AMR competency.

Onboarding new staff and ongoing training are key parts of the role. You will monitor workflows, maintain access controls, and provide go-live support while advancing documentation practices and care

Qualifications

• AMR/EHR knowledge and regulatory understanding.
• Ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs.
• Analytical thinking to assess utilization data and improve workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clinicians and staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AMR reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides AMR training and workflow optimization for staff.
• Onboards new clinical staff and provides go-live support.
• Monitors AMR utilization and coordinates improvement actions.
• Delivers ongoing trainings in classroom, remote, and hands-on formats.
• Maintains user access and ensures security and role-based permissions.
• Supports patient portal enrollment initiatives and staff engagement.
• Reviews utilization data and coordinates optimization visits with leadership.
