Job summary

Merit Health is seeking an AMR Coordinator to educate, develop, and optimize the Ambulatory Medical Record system across clinical settings. You will partner with market and corporate leadership, clinicians, and staff to improve performance and ensure AMR competency.

You will onboard new personnel and provide ongoing training for effective system use. You will lead training sessions, monitor usage, and support governance and security practices while ensuring adherence to quality initiatives

Qualifications

• AMR training and onboarding staff.
• Understanding of AMR/EHR workflows and compliance.
• Strong communication and training delivery abilities.
• Ability to analyze utilization data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provides AMR training and workflow optimization to clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Conducts assessments before AMR implementation at practices and centers.
• Monitors AMR utilization and coordinates with leadership for improvement actions.
• Onboards new staff and providers with go-live support and optimization.
