Merit Health Medical Group (hub) is seeking an AMR Coordinator to educate, develop, and optimize the Ambulatory Medical Record system across clinical settings. You will collaborate with market and corporate leadership, clinicians, and staff to drive performance improvements and support quality initiatives.

The role includes onboarding new staff, monitoring workflow adherence, and delivering ongoing AMR training to enhance system utilization and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in healthcare, health information management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of healthcare setting experience, preferably in clinical roles such as MA or direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide AMR training and workflow optimization to staff, ensuring adherence to standard workflows and policies.
• Assess new physician practices, urgent care centers, and walk‑in clinics prior to AMR implementation.
• Monitor AMR utilization, identify training gaps, and collaborate with leadership on improvements.
• Onboard new clinical staff and providers, including go‑live support and post‑go‑live optimization.
• Deliver ongoing AMR training in various formats (classroom, remote learning, hands‑on).
• Maintain and update AMR user access, ensuring secure, role‑based permissions.
• Support documentation practices within AMR to improve care coordination and quality initiatives.
• Assist with patient portal enrollment and staff engagement strategies.
• Analyze provider AMR utilization data and coordinate optimization visits and trainings.
