Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to plan and organize event logistics.
• Coordinate activities with service contractors for events.
• Guide clients in interpreting contract provisions, policies, and procedures.
• Inform clients on deadline statuses, floor plans, and insurance requirements.
• Process check requests and event-related purchases.
• Communicate requirements clearly to Operations personnel.
• Schedule operational setups to meet equipment and service needs.
• Monitor facility setup and supervise as needed.
• Act as primary liaison between clients and facility departments.
• Monitor in-house events and maintain contact with clients and staff.
• Follow up on client requests and concerns.
• Attend planning and other meetings in support of facility operations.
