Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and meet AmeriCorps citizenship or lawful permanent resident requirements.
• Successfully complete all required AmeriCorps screening and National Service Criminal History Check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess current and prior scheduling, outreach, training, and recognition systems.
• Map end-to-end workflows for in-person, virtual, and telephone-assisted appointments.
• Help configure and test the scheduling platform, including types, settings, and templates.
