Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers in Columbus, GA is seeking AmeriCorps members for a behind-the-scenes capacity-building role. You will research workforce needs, organize learning assets, create standardized curriculum tools, and build a centralized SharePoint resource library.

You will develop evaluation and sustainability systems and documentation procedures; this role does not provide routine instruction, client assistance, or operational coverage.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and meet AmeriCorps citizenship or lawful permanent resident requirements.
• Successfully complete all required AmeriCorps screening and National Service Criminal History Check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess current and prior scheduling and outreach systems.
• Map end-to-end workflows for appointments and related activities.
• Help configure and test the scheduling platform, including types, settings, and templates.
• Develop user guides, checklists, and training materials.
