Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of corporate travel, mobility, or T&E management.
• Experience leading multi-country travel programs in the Americas.
• Strong vendor management, cost control, and compliance skills.
• Navan, Concur, NetSuite, Brex, Amex, and data analytics experience a plus.
• Global or matrixed organizations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the Americas travel program strategy and governance.
• Localize global T&E policies for regional requirements.
• Serve as regional escalation point for travel issues.
• Manage relationships with TMCs, airlines, hotels, and car providers.
• Lead sourcing, RFPs, and contract renewals with Procurement.
• Monitor cost targets, traveler satisfaction, and compliance.
• Support traveler safety and duty of care; risk management.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Security, and regional leaders.
