You will address policy compliance, advise on process updates, and drive improvements in traveler experience while coordinating with finance, tax, and payments teams. The role emphasizes global and regional collaboration for travel efficiency.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and intellectual curiosity through professional training or impact.
• 5+ years of North America corporate travel experience; GDS knowledge a plus.
• Proven record of impact in previous roles.
• Ability to thrive in a complex organization.
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative attitude across countries and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Regional Travel Manager to address service issues with quality control and SLAs.
• Partner with local offices and our Travel Management Company to improve service support.
• Proactively address policy compliance and influence adherence through updates.
• Work with finance, tax, and payments teams to resolve policy or payment issues.
• Support and drive global and regional travel initiatives for efficiency.
• Coordinate with Travel Category Managers on supplier relationships for air, hotel, and car rental.
