Job summary

FCM Consulting seeks a Travel Manager to serve as the primary contact for Outsourced Travel Resource (OTR) clients, partnering with Consultants, Analysts, Coordinators, Account Management, and other brands to deliver impactful travel management solutions. This role provides strategic insight across regional and global travel portfolios and helps organizations optimize their travel programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of account management, consulting, and/or travel management experience.
• Experience navigating large organizations and complex stakeholder environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; strong MS Office proficiency including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Be primary contact for OTR clients and coordinate across internal teams.
• Lead global travel program consolidation and traveler adoption.
• Optimize supplier agreements, drive savings, and enhance traveler experience.
• Manage RFPs and supplier performance management.
• Drive performance and utilization of preferred travel suppliers.
• Build and maintain client and supplier relationships.
• Develop traveler safety and duty of care programs and reporting.
• Coordinate incident response planning with risk management and security.
• Create and execute stakeholder communication and engagement strategies.
• Support demand management and traveler behavior change initiatives.
• Implement and enhance small meetings management processes and spend optimization.
• Track, measure, and communicate travel program success metrics and benchmarking insights.
• Conduct satisfaction surveys and implement action plans from feedback.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment.
