DeployCo seeks a Global Travel and Expense Lead to build and own the company’s travel and expense program for a distributed, client-facing workforce. Qualifications

• Experience designing and running travel and expense programs in a professional-services or consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of global travel policies, supplier management, and expense workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with Finance, HR, and business leaders to drive program success.
• Comfort resolving travel disruptions and building scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and run DeployCo’s global travel and expense program, establishing the operating model, processes, and provider support needed as the company grows.
• Deliver responsive support for frequent client travel, including complex itineraries, last-minute changes, cancellations, and on-trip disruptions.
• Improve international booking and payment workflows, particularly for EMEA-origin travel; coordinate with providers and Finance on pricing, currency, and constraints.
• Own expense and corporate card operations, including onboarding, access, limits, and employee guidance; collaborate with Accounting on coding and reconciliation.
• Create practical travel policies, approvals, and controls balancing traveler needs, client commitments, cost, and accountability.
• Manage travel suppliers and performance, partner with OpenAI’s T&E team on shared arrangements, and coordinate group travel where needed.
• Establish visibility into travel costs by client or project and support reimbursement or rebilling where contracts permit.
• Use data, automation, and AI to improve service and reduce manual work while maintaining proper controls.
