Responsibilities

• Lead the Americas GTS Implementation organisation with clear priorities and accountability.
• Provide senior delivery expertise for complex open account and traditional trade implementations.
• Translate client requirements into implementable strategies aligned with product capabilities.
• Coordinate stakeholders to maintain delivery timelines and commercial objectives.
• Ensure smooth transition from implementation to business-as-usual ownership.
