Ascend Performance Materials seeks a Territory Manager to drive commercial results across a defined Americas territory. The role protects and expands existing business, develops profitable new opportunities and delivers revenue, margin and profitability commitments.

You will build strong customer relationships, manage pricing and forecasts, and collaborate with internal partners to execute on commitments across the Intermediate Chemicals portfolio.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemicals or business preferred.
• 10+ years of professional experience in B2B sales or commercial roles.
• Experience managing a territory with $50M+ revenue.
• Proven success in chemicals or related industrial markets.
• Experience with pricing, forecasting and contract negotiations.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; CRM experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute territory plans aligned with priorities.
• Manage revenue, margin and forecasts; lead pricing discussions.
• Build relationships with customer decision makers and stakeholders.
• Identify and convert opportunities across Ascend’s intermediate chemicals portfolio.
• Coordinate with Key Account Managers on strategic accounts.
