Job summary

EY is seeking a senior Technology Risk Leader to shape the Americas risk posture, translating complex security concepts into practical guidance for senior stakeholders. You will oversee risk assessments, drive remediation, and align with EY’s global Information Security strategy to protect client data and EY assets.

You will partner with business, IT and regional leadership to ensure effective controls, navigate regulatory expectations, and elevate risk governance across the firm.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Technology Risk Management or related Information Security field.
• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
• Proficiency with ISO and COBIT frameworks.
• Strong English writing and presentation skills.
• 10+ years of experience managing senior or managerial staff in GRC or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology and data risk efforts across the Americas area.
• Steward technology risk posture with sponsorship, budget and remediation.
• Implement people, process and technical controls to prevent data exfiltration.
• Communicate risk concepts clearly to senior leaders and stakeholders.
