Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Technology Risk Management and/or a similar field within Information Security.
• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
• Proficiency in policy and control frameworks such as ISO and COBIT.
• Strong English language skills, including writing, presentation and communication capabilities.
• At least 10 years managing senior or managerial staff in GRC or related areas.
• Certifications such as CRISC, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CIA, GIAC, CIPT are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic approach to identifying, evaluating and mitigating technology risks across the Americas area.
• Oversee delivery of risk assessments using TARP methodology and coordinate remediation strategies.
• Serve as primary liaison between Information Security and business stakeholders, communicating risk in business terms.
• Drive education and communication to foster a culture of compliance and proactive risk management.
