Job summary

EY seeks a Technology Risk Leader to shape the Americas technology risk posture and align with EY’s global information security strategy. You will oversee risk mitigation, control implementation and stakeholder engagement across the region, ensuring compliance with global standards while accommodating local requirements.

The role requires extensive experience in risk management, leadership of senior staff, and proficiency with ISO/COBIT frameworks.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Technology Risk Management or related field.
• Advanced degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in ISO and COBIT policy and control frameworks.
• Strong English writing, presentation and communication skills.
• 10+ years managing senior or managerial staff in GRC or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and mitigate technology risks across the Americas.
• Lead governance for the technology risk posture and ensure remediation sponsorship and budgets.
• Implement controls to prevent data exfiltration across regions and environments.
• Coordinate risk assessments using established methodologies and stakeholder input.
• Communicate risk strategy and progress to senior leaders and stakeholders.
