Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned Technology Risk Leader to shape the technology and data risk posture across the Americas within EY's global Information Security strategy. The role requires coordinating risk assessments, implementing controls and guiding stakeholders across regions to mitigate significant risks.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in Technology Risk Management, an advanced degree in a related field, and demonstrated leadership of senior staff in GRC.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Technology Risk Management or similar field within Information Security.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with policy and control frameworks such as ISO and COBIT.
• Strong English language skills including writing, presentation and communication.
• 10+ years experience managing senior or managerial staff in GRC or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and mitigate technology risks across the Americas region.
• Lead risk posture stewardship with sponsorship, budget and remediation.
• Oversee implementation of controls to prevent data exfiltration and ensure policy adherence.
• Coordinate risk assessments using defined methodologies and align with global standards.
