EY is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to enhance internal communications for the Americas Tax Service Line. You will develop newsletters, articles, and emails, manage channels, and maintain process guides with strong collaboration across teams.

The role emphasizes editing, data metrics, and cross-functional engagement, with opportunities to influence messaging and improve engagement across audiences.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree with a communications or related major, or equivalent experience.
• Typically no less than 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Stream, Copilot, Adobe Analytics, Power BI and other AI tools.

Responsabilités

• Support the communications strategy with stakeholders across the firm.
• Identify content opportunities and secure reviews/approvals.
• Edit content for grammar and brand compliance.
• Manage channels: mailings, newsletters, internal articles and news page.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all audiences.
• Coordinate with video production on internal/external videos.
• Collect and analyze metrics to gauge reach and engagement.
• Develop communications plans for specific client groups.
• Participate in internal programs as required.
• Prioritize multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
