Job summary

The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager will lead a regional TA Operations team across the Americas, providing leadership and oversight for TA processes, tools, analytics, lean, and compliance.

Reporting to the Global TA Operations Leader, this role will translate global strategy into regional delivery, partnering with recruiting teams and stakeholders to improve the candidate and recruiter experience, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of belonging and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition operations preferred.
• 5+ years in People Leadership and leading cross-functional/remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional TA Operations initiatives across the Americas.
• Manage a regional team to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
• Drive adoption of recruiting processes, standards, tools and technologies.
• Monitor metrics, capacity, and data integrity to identify trends and risks.
• Partner with recruitment teams to enhance candidate and recruiter experience.
• Apply Lean methodologies and project management rigor to improvements.
• Oversee compliance with policies and local requirements.
